Meet Your Provider

Compassion-led. Results-driven. Always personal.

Hi, I’m Katherine Boder

founder of Bloom and Balance Women’s Wellness and a dedicated women’s health provider with over  20 years of experience.

My goal  is provide women with the kind of care I believe we all deserve — unhurried, deeply personalized, and rooted in both empathy and expertise. To help you feel like you again.

After years of working in traditional healthcare, I saw how many women were undeserved, rushed through appointments, or dismissed. I wanted to change that. Bloom and Balance was created to give women a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported through all of life’s transitions — with care that evolves with them. No subject is off the table and whether it’s helping you and your teen navigate contraception or dealing with low libido, weight gain, anxiety, depression or sexual health concerns, I’m here to listen.

So much of women’s wellness is multifaceted. I believe in helping women focus on all the things that encompass wellness: mental health, sleep, exercise and stress management.  You are unique and should be treated that way.  Starting medication can be scary and it’s not for everyone.

Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan—one that may or may not include prescription medication—based on your  goals, preferences, and overall well being.

My focus is helping you feel your best in a way that works for you.
